Let me share with you an exciting new book that I read this week, I was smiling all day since I started reading. It is a very good book. The book has 272 pages, with lots of note (with meat rare for me), never really page of this book is a real gem. At the end of the last chapter of the book last night, I had a vision in my mind of a bank of light wooden church in front of me, and back are a Bible, a hymn, and one of these books for people to read. If only one of every Christian to read my thought was the Lord. I think that helps them see their real Jewish environment.
I pray that this book will affect many many people to the Lord, both Jews and Gentiles.
Now, to be honest, I knew almost everything in this book about Jesus, Master, I have been teaching this stuff for over 19 years
It's been a pleasure for me to see how Lois Spangler and everything is in this book, not really moved me to tears. I believe that the Christian world in general has been waiting for this book, yes, I know you have. . . ! So anyone who wants to know his Hebrew Lord Yeshua (Jesus), should read this book.
Mayim Hayim Ministries will give this book five stars ***** for qualification, and will and use it in our ministry as a great teaching tool. I promise you will get a better understanding of God, Yeshua in their world. Not only look through the eyes of a Jewish century reading this book, but a Jewish century "of life during the Second Temple period to boot." Then we will see Jesus "as a horse color different, "if you know what I mean by this language movie?
My friends, the Scriptures are so dear to his heart, I tell you the truth, you will know much better after reading this book. I promise that this happens to you. As I said before, this book is a gem, I hope you get a copy or two today. It would be a wonderful Easter or Passover gift for someone this year.
Shalom – Baruch HaShem Yeshua

Do you sometimes feel like I do not understand the parables about the kingdom of heaven? Or like you're missing the full meaning of the Sermon on the Mount? Ever wondered how the disciples understood Jesus' actions at the Last Supper?
I read the gospels many times and read many books about what life was like in biblical times. Frankly, I did not realize how far they missed by not understanding the rabbinic teaching styles of the time (among other things). Despite all my studies, most of this information is new.
This book opened my understanding of the Gospels for letting me see the deeper meaning, richer, have been included in the entire Jewish population of Jesus' day.
The book consists of general, cultural notes, alternating with the use of new knowledge to examine certain passages of the Gospel. However, this book is not just an intellectual exercise – you will need to deepen in the Bible with a new enthusiasm and deepen their walk with God
While Christians who have a solid fundamental knowledge of the Gospels probably get the most from this book, I recommend it to every Christian who wants a deeper understanding of Christ and his teachings.
Obviously, I liked this book is why I have chosen as a book ChristFocus Book Club in May. [. . . ]
For a deeper understanding of the teachings of Jesus, it is important to understand the culture, politics, ethnicity and history of the area where he lived and taught. This is the main objective of this book to take to the modern Christian understanding of the world as Jesus lived and how this knowledge can deepen their understanding of Jesus' ministry.
The authors do a good job of teaching the reader how the people of the time would have understood the teachings of Jesus. If the subject is daily life, training, vacations, clothing or any number of other factors that explain the meaning of each, because it was important, as it has influenced the perception of people and how it applies to us today, if understood in context.
This is a very interesting book and required reading for those who want to improve their understanding of the culture of the people at the time of Christ. "Sitting at the feet of Rabbi Jesus" is highly recommended.
